xbate Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account

Six core principles that underpin your agreement with xbate.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and xbate ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the xbate website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the xbate platform immediately. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. xbate reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility

To register an account and use the xbate platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform, regardless of any parental or guardian consent.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of or for the benefit of another person is prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of xbate is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded or have a valid exclusion order in place with xbate or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and must promptly update your account information if any details change.

xbate reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure, and any pending withdrawal requests may be held pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one xbate account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different personal details, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. xbate employs automated and manual detection measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xbate reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus credits, and withhold any winnings derived from gameplay on duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — strictly confidential. xbate will never ask you to reveal your password by email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify xbate support immediately via the contact email provided on this site and change your password without delay.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

xbate is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC obligations. You may be asked to submit documentary proof of identity and address at registration, at the point of a withdrawal request, or at any other time at xbate's reasonable discretion. Accepted documents may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or utility bill. Until KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be withheld. xbate will handle all submitted documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

xbate accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by xbate, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

• Deposits credited to your account balance are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. xbate is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as part of our anti-fraud and anti-money laundering procedures.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• xbate reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud, bonus abuse, or AML/KYC concerns are identified. Players will be notified of any such delay in writing via the contact email associated with their account.

Currency

All transactions on xbate are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Account balances, wager amounts, winnings, and bonus values are all displayed and processed in BDT. xbate does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any conversion from a foreign currency to BDT, where applicable, is the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.

Players are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies that may be applicable to their winnings under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction. xbate does not deduct tax at source and does not provide tax advice.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

xbate may offer bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance once the qualifying deposit has been verified and the applicable promotional period has not expired.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• xbate reserves the right to amend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of withdrawal or amendment will not be affected retroactively, subject to the terms of the individual offer.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, making deposits solely to trigger a bonus without genuine intent to play, or using exploit strategies — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Free spins, where offered, are governed by the specific terms of the promotion under which they are granted. Free spin winnings are typically credited as bonus funds subject to the wagering requirement specified in the offer. Any winnings derived from free spins that are not accompanied by a specific wagering requirement will be credited as real-money funds withdrawable without restriction.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbate platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in the account at the time of suspension may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or subsequent account use.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the xbate platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the xbate platform's software, code, or systems in any way not expressly authorised by xbate.

xbate's determination that a prohibited activity has occurred is final and binding. Players who dispute a prohibited activity finding may contact xbate support via the email address provided on this site. xbate will endeavour to respond to all such queries within five Bangladesh Standard Time business days.

7. Responsible Gaming

xbate is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers the following player protection tools, accessible from your account settings at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who activate a self-exclusion may not register a new account or have an existing exclusion lifted during the exclusion period. xbate reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, without requiring the player's consent.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xbate platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the xbate platform without the express prior written consent of xbate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbate and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the xbate platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services. xbate's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to xbate in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xbate does not guarantee that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and events beyond xbate's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. xbate will use reasonable endeavours to restore service following any interruption and to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

10. Suspension and Termination

xbate reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds may include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected collusion, suspected bonus abuse, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or reasonable grounds to believe that continued account access poses a risk to the platform or to other players.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance held in the account at the time of termination will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method, net of any amounts legitimately owed to xbate, unless the termination was caused by fraudulent activity or a material breach of these Terms, in which case xbate may withhold all or part of the balance pending investigation. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of termination are automatically forfeited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

xbate collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an account, you consent to xbate's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time via the Privacy Policy link in the footer of this site. xbate employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect personal and financial data transmitted to and from the platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

xbate reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the xbate website unless otherwise stated. Where a material change to these Terms is made, xbate will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the xbate platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account by contacting xbate support via the email address on this site, following which xbate will process any remaining real-money balance in accordance with the termination provisions set out in Section 10 above.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the xbate platform, you agree to first contact xbate support via the email address provided on this site to seek an informal resolution. xbate will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten Bangladesh Standard Time business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause limits xbate's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
